Evolution Launches the World’s First Live Online Craps Game
Revolutionary iGaming developer Evolution has just made a groundbreaking announcement – the launch of the world’s first live dealer craps game. And according to management, this title offers all the excitement and perks of playing at a traditional casino.
To make things easier for beginners, Evolution has included an Easy Mode and an interactive tutorial to guide players through this new experience. And in the coming weeks, they plan to release a Random Number Generator version of craps as well.
Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter shares, “Players and casinos have been requesting a live craps game for years now, so we knew it was time to make it happen. Our portfolio is now complete with every game you would expect to find at a brick and mortar casino.”
He adds, “Creating an online version of the high-energy craps table was definitely a challenge, but our team has exceeded expectations. We are thrilled to offer this phenomenal product that will surely be enjoyed by craps enthusiasts worldwide. Plus, it will help us expand into new markets outside Europe as we attract new players from around the globe.”
What’s the Initial Feedback?
While it’s too early to determine market response, one thing is certain – Evolution has gone above and beyond in providing players with an immersive experience. From using mechanized arms to throw dice (just like in a physical casino) to ensure fair odds, to the GO LIVE button that takes players directly to the live version of the game, no detail has been overlooked.
Proposed Merger with NetEnt
In addition to this groundbreaking release, Evolution is also in talks to acquire NetEnt for a whopping $2.1 Billion. This merger is perfectly timed as both companies are thriving in their respective markets – with Evolution generating over 140 million Euros in revenue during the third quarter of 2020 and NetEnt seeing a 58% increase in profits compared to last year.
Evolution has also been making strides in expanding its reach, recently launching five live tables in Pennsylvania and opening a new studio in Kaunsa, Lithuania. And with successful releases like Crazy Time and Instant Roulette under their belt, they have high hopes for live craps.
Meanwhile, NetEnt has been focused on solidifying its presence in the United States by striking deals with major operators such as William Hill US, BetMGM, DraftKings, Scientific Games, and Tipico throughout this year.
